Zech-Bau and immero celebrate groundbreaking ceremony and start of construction for YUMA Leipzig.
By the end of 2022, 83 furnished design apartments for mobile professionals, modern nomads and other urban users will be built at Berliner Straße 7a+b in Leipzig - close to the central railway station.
The apartments will be fully digitally managed and leased, offering extra amenities such as a cleaning service, high-speed wifi, e-mobility, car sharing, community & co-working spaces, as well as F&B offerings. In addition, innovative modular furniture will be integrated in the form of a fold-up bed, enabling tenants to make optimum use of the 19-36 sqm apartments.
Further YUMA properties are to be built in Germany over the next few years.
